SCWii is the Specialized Certification in Workplace Internal Investigations. It is a cutting-edge program designed exclusively for Human Resources professionals.  This exclusive program ensures that participants walk away with industry leading skills focusing on workplace internal investigations.  

The program is intended for early in-career HR professionals, as well as experienced HR professionals seeking to enhance their skills and credentials in conducting internal workplace investigations. 

The SCWii programs stands out from the others by offering an unparalleled level of interactivity and engagement with a live, online format limited to 10 participants per class, ensuring personalized attention throughout the program. Upon successful completion of the program, each graduate will receive a year of exclusive support through our bi-weekly SCWii Investigations Roundtable. This support ensures that our graduates have access to expert advice and assistance as they navigate complex employee relations issues in their organizations

The program lasts for 8 weeks and is designed to fit into the busy schedule of professionals. The time commitment is manageable, with classes held one evening per week for approximately 1.5 hours. In addition to weekly classes, participants should plan for additional time to complete course assignments and collaborating with peers, for an additional estimated 2 hours per week.

SCWii has partnered with HRCI (HR Certification Institute) as an approved Recertification Provider .   Completion of the SCWii certification course will gain 11 CEU's that can be applied towards your HRCI Certification. 

Additionally, you may submit for recertification credits through SHRM and/or other certificationis that accept HR related continuing education. 

No, there are no formal prerequisites for the SCWii Certification program. However, participants should have basic HR experience and knowledge to ensure they can fully engage with the course material and activities. This foundational understanding will help you get the most out of the program's interactive sessions and comprehensive content.

The total tuition for the 8-week SCWii Certification Program is being offered at an introductory rate of only $949.00, offering exceptional value for a comprehensive and interactive learning experience. 

Participants who choose to pay in full 30 days or more in advance can enjoy a $100 discount bringing the total cost down to $849.00.  We also offer negotiated pricing for corporate teams.

To earn the SCWii certification, participants must attend all 8 weeks of the SCWii Certification Program. Full participation is required to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the course material and to complete the interactive components, including the mock investigation, interviews, final investigation summary report and pass an assessment. This commitment ensures that every participant leaves the program fully prepared and certified.

Yes! Participants who successfully complete the SCWii program will receive both a digital and a physical certificate. Additionally, we offer lifetime employer certification verification, providing ongoing proof of your achievement for current and future employers.

Yes. You can use the SCWii certification for continuing education credits!   This provides a great opportunity to enhance your professional development while fulfilling your certification renewal requirements.  Be  sure to retain documentation of your participation for submission to these organizations.
